Consolidation Project
The primary goal of this project is to consolidate the Group's vast collection of historical objects from various storage buildings into a new, state-of-the-art facility at the Science and Innovation Park in Wroughton, England.
A key part of the work involves completing a full inventory, condition assessing, and photographing objects as they are moved.
The goals of the project:
- To become a sector leading example of photographing 13000 objects ranging from table-top small to pallet-size objects
- Done to a professional standard that fits to represent SMG to the public, improving the quality of existing imagery
- Making collection accessible to the public and worldwide audience.
